HUNTSVILLE SPEEDWAY ALABAMA MOVES 2020 SEASON OPENING EVENT
Opening Night moved to Saturday, April 11th, 2020
DATES CANCELED: March 21st, March 28th & April 4th, 2020

HUNTSVILLE, AL – Officials at Huntsville Speedway Alabama upon the current COVID-19 situation has made the determination to move the season opening event to Saturday, April 11th, 2020. The opening event to be the same schedule previously announced for the planned March 28th date.

The cancellation of our first three race events has some items to be worked out for the season. The April 4th, 2020 Buster’s Pro Late Model event to be rescheduled. Once a determination has been made, a formal announcement will be made to all concerned.

PRE-REGISTRATION & PIT STALL PURCHASE
(1) Pre-Registration will be available once we get the forms posted on-line for 2020 registration. For those who wish to have the same pit stall as last season, may do so by letting us know with payment.

TRACK RENTAL
(2) The COVID-19 doesn’t affect the track rental for teams. The track rental will be available during the time period.

OPEN PRACTICE PLANNED SCHEDULE
(3) Open Practice is planned for the 2020 season prior to the first event. It may be a mid-week practice, followed by a Friday night practice prior to opening night. Our intention to allow drivers and teams adequate time to prepare for the season opening events.

The management and staff at Huntsville Speedway thanks one and all for the understanding and willingness to assist in keeping our track in compliance to the public officials commands. The safety and well-being of each of us is first and foremost as we move forward this season.
